Christina Milian’s Divorce Agreement Will be Filed in Fulton County

| Nov 9, 2010 | Divorce, Firm News, High-Asset Divorce |

Christina Milian and her husband, a producer known as “The Dream” and “King Sweet & Petite” have allegedly come to a mutual agreement concerning alimony, child support and other issues involved in their divorce. The couple is expected to file the official documents recording the agreement in a divorce court in Fulton County, Georgia in the near future when they finalize their divorce.

Christina Milian became famous for her early songs AM to PM and Dip It Low. The couple met and subsequently solidified their relationship through marriage in September of 2009. Shortly after their marriage celebrations ended, Milian became pregnant with their only child.

The final straw in their relationship reportedly occurred when photos of The Dream and another woman were flashed throughout the media during Milian’s pregnancy. The woman was his personal assistant and the photos depicted the two of them enjoying each other’s company in suggestive poses on a secluded beach.

The alleged infidelity resulted in a passionate stream of “tweets” and e-mails written by Milian. She allegedly reported that the entire incident between The Dream and his assistant was unknown to her until the photographs surfaced on the internet. According to media sources, the couple had not been seen out in the public together since Milian announced that she was having his child.

Although Milian shared her anger and frustration with her fans on the popular social networking site, it appears as though the couple is working together to find an agreeable solution to the division of property and care of their children in the high-asset divorce.
